- 1993
Cybernomics opens its doors as Baudry Engineering and Communications International, providing network deployment and management services using Microsoft Windows 3.11 and Novell Netware 3.1. - 1995
Cybernomics registers a patent for a system to monitor the temperature of integrated circuits and prevent their overheating. We begin offering IT support and WAN services for large non-profit organizations. - 1996
Cybernomics provides a complete IT revamp for a Canadian leader in the list brokerage and management industry, building a server farm and high-speed data network. This allows our client to expand into a new market space which includes data warehousing, mining and storage. - 1998Â
Cybernomics engineers and builds an infrastructure for the first non-profit donations-processing application service in Canada. This application demonstrates the first implementation of Cybernomics’ Remote Management Architecture.We become a Microsoft Solution Provider.
- 1999 - 2000
Cybernomics successfully completes and manages Y2K conversions for all of its clients and begins migration towards becoming a Managed Network Service Provider.We successfully engage in our first round of private financing.
- 2000 - 2001
Cybernomics officially becomes a Managed Network Service Provider making innovative solutions available for the not-for-profit, retail and manufacturing industries. We expand our Network Management nationwide, with a heavy client-concentration in Ontario.
- 2001 - 2002
Cybernomics gains all-time-high revenues, securing new contracts in the retail sector and gaining unprecedented industry exposure for hosting Roots during the 2002 Winter Olympics. - 2003 - 2004
Cybernomics creates three Core Business Units: Managed IT Infrastructure, Business IT Consulting, and Unified IT Support, resulting from its acquisition of a local Toronto ISP and a Managed Network Service Provider. Cybernomics’ sales growth reaches a record 30% per annum.Cybernomics obtains the opportunity to once again host Roots during the 2004 Summer Olympics.
Cybernomics partners with the Greater Toronto Marketing Alliance (GTMA).
- 2005
Cybernomics adapts the Lean Consumption model, developed by James P. Womack and Daniel T. Jones in an article published in the Harvard Business Review (see sidebar for more informatioin). - 2006
Cybernomics once again proves its world-class infrastructure capabilities by hosting Roots for its 3rd Olympics, during the winter of 2006.Cybernomics establishes three new areas within its Core Business Units. We begin providing web design and construction, internet publishing and copywriting, as well as a test and measurement extension of our research and development department.
Cybernomics celebrates its 13 year anniversary on March 31st .
Cybernomics distributes the first issue of its monthly e-update, ping!, to its valued customers.
- 2007
Cybernomics introduces Green IT and Virtualization technology.Cybernomics partners with Invirtus and Parallels.
- 2008
Cybernomics celebrates its 15th anniversary at the new state of the Ontario Investment and Trade Centre with Keynote speech: Green IT Plan 2008 for Small and Medium Business, with panelists from Intel, BOMA, Bullfrog, Roots and ZeroFootprint.Cybernomics becomes a member of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce, www.chamber.ca.
Cybernomics launches the Think Green Alliance initiative, www.thinkgreenalliance.com.
Jean Jerome Baudry participates jury for Canadian Investment Awards, www.investmentawards.com, for the  Green Company Award for Environmental Leadership 2008.
